📚 Case Studies
Sellers' shop promotions weren't working - they were creating their own solutions just to get noticed. Taking this as our cue, we rebuilt our promotional tool from the ground up, giving sellers the creative space they needed to showcase their brands and truly engage with buyers.
“Me” page started as a simple profile page but grew chaotic as Carousell evolved. I took on the challenge of bringing clarity back, building a scalable system that adapts to how different sellers use the platform.
Helping buyers understand their environmental impact by showing CO2 emissions saved when buying second-hand items on Carousell. The project transforms complex sustainability data into meaningful moments throughout the shopping experience.
